CAS Learning Outcomes

By the end of the CAS program, students must show evidence that they have achieved all seven outcomes. These outcomes ensure that CAS is more than participation — it is meaningful, reflective, and growth-oriented.

Identify strengths and areas for growth

Recognize personal abilities and set goals for improvement.

Undertake challenges and develop new skills

Step beyond comfort zones and build new capabilities.

Plan and initiate experiences

Show initiative by moving from an idea to a structured action plan.

Commitment and perseverance

Engage regularly and consistently in CAS experiences.

5. Demonstration of skills and recognize the benefits of collaboration

Work with others, appreciating both the benefits and challenges of teamwork.

Engagement with global issues

Connect actions to real-world problems of local, national, or international significance.

Ethical awareness

Reflect on the impact of choices and act responsibly.

Important: Students don’t need to meet every outcome in every activity, but by the end of their 18 months, they must demonstrate all seven at least once.
