These passion projects reflect what I value most as an educator — creativity, confidence, community, and purpose. Each one offers students a chance to take the lead, express themselves, and make real connections beyond the classroom.
Each one started with a simple idea — to make learning more meaningful, creative, and personal. These projects help students build confidence and community through a range of areas.

Passion Project #02: Global Tech Partnership
This project will connect students from your high-income international school environment with students in low-income schools, particularly in Brazil. The aim is to foster a collaborative partnership where your students help provide technological resources, digital literacy, and possibly raise funds or forge partnerships with tech companies.
Passion Project #03: Language and Cultural Exchange Pen Pal Program
This project will pair students who are multilingual, especially those fluent in European languages and English, with peers who are learning English as a second language. The idea is to create a friendly, supportive pen pal exchange that blends language learning with cultural exploration.
Passion Project #04: Multicultural Arts & Crafts Project
This project invites students to explore traditional art forms from diverse cultures. It can be from their own heritage or one they’re interested in, and they need to reimagine them through creative practice. Students will be researching cultural symbols, techniques, and materials, then using them to produce a personal artwork.
Passion Project #05: Stories of Us: Community Storytelling & Illustration Project
This project invites students to collect short stories from individuals in their local community — stories about what it means to live, grow, or belong in that place. The stories can reflect migration, identity, tradition, change, or daily life.
